Financial Services Business

In December 2018, Bison Finance Group Limited (together with its subsidiaries, the ” Group”) has successfully acquired Target Capital Management Limited (“TCM”). Since then, the Group has commenced the operation of financial services business through TCM with the licences to carry out Type1 (dealing in securities), type 4 (advising on securities) and type 9 (asset management) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (“SFO”).

TCM work with the leading private banks and financial institutions acting as their external asset managers to provide high net worth clients with the external asset management services. Meanwhile, the Group also acts as the fund managers or general partners of certain offshore private equity funds and their investment advisers as well as investment portfolio advisory services in pursuit of the achievement of long term growth of net asset value gain for our investors. In addition, TCM was admitted as a CCASS participant of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2019 to provide investors with a full range of securities brokerage services, including securities margin financing, underwriting, placing services and securities dealing.

In December 2020, Bison Corporate Finance Limited (“BCFL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary under the Group, was successfully granted a licence to carry out Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activity under the SFO by the Securities and Futures Commission. The Group further expands the scope of financial services business in order to provide our valuable clients with integrated financial products and services.

The Group through TCM and BCFL provides the diversified and comprehensive financial services to our valuable clients, the different financial services associated with each other segment create the synergies, together with the extensive investment experiences of our senior management and their business and client networks which further promotes the continued development of the financial services business, in order to broaden the Group’s income stream and maximize the returns for the shareholders of the company.
