Overview

BlockFin Holdings Limited (formerly known as Bison Finance Group Limited and RoadShow Holdings Limited) (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) was established in 2001 and is listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”) with stock code: 888 since June 2001.

The Group through its wholly-owned subsidiary, namely Target Capital Management Limited (“TCM”), a licensed corporation under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities), type 4 (advising on securities) and type 9 (asset management) regulated activities. Since TCM was admitted as a CCASS participant of the Stock Exchange in 2019, it commenced to provide investors with a full range of securities brokerage services.

At present, the Group provides its clients with diversified investment products and financial services to meet their needs in relation to the respective financial businesses, including external asset management services, fund management services, securities services and investment advisory services to fund management.

Apart from the traditional financial services business, the Group is also actively exploring new opportunities in emerging financial markets and adjusting its business strategy to seize prospects for further expansion of its financial services operations, with the aim of delivering higher returns to its shareholders.
